Menu Hours

Inside The Barn, Danish and American decor create a
range of atmosphere from rustic to formal. On the second level the
dining rooms in The Lantern Lodge Restaurant are elegant and formal,
yet friendly and warm.
On the lower level The Lantern Lounge offers a
cozy seat by the fire. Antique furniture and farm implements carry
out the mood set by stone walls and massive oak beams.

About Our Chef
Raj Sakrudkar
The Lantern Lodge welcomes Raj Sakrudkar as Executive
chef. Originally from India, Raj studied cooking at the Institute of
Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Bombay, earned working experience
in the Five Star Deluxe Hotels such as Taj Mahal Inter-continental Hotel,
Bombay and the Hamburg Inter-continental in Germany. He has lived and
worked in the United States for 13 years. Chef Raj intends to combine
the traditional dishes of Europe and the New World with the exotic flavors
of the East.
