Raj Sakrudkar heads the kitchen as our Executive Chef. Originally from India, he earned his chef’s whites at the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Bombay. After cooking in 5-Star hotels across the world, such as the Taj Mahal Inter-continental Hotel in Bombay and Germany’s Hamburg Inter-continental, Chef Raj settled down in the United States. He finds inspiration in both the traditional cuisines of Europe and the exotic flavors of the East. |
